Hy-Worth is a personal finance tracking and planning platform. The Service provides tools for net worth tracking, budgeting, financial planning, real estate analysis, and related financial management features. Hy-Worth is an informational tool and does not constitute financial advice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hy-Worth and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on data or projections provided by the Service.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently and irreversibly removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
